Mark International Real Estate has managed over 100 units since inception. We have experience managing a single unit in a two family home to a 90 unit building. We are experienced in rent collection, eviction proceedings, trash disposal, snow removal, general repairs and up keep of the plumbing and electrical systems. As well as renting the home to well qualified tenants.
We know each unit owners, from individuals and companies to coop and condo boards, are looking for property managers that are experienced and are responsible. We are both. We have references available upon request. We take pride in our work and understand the care that you are expecting.
